  Went inside to grab a coffee today.. there was no line and I made eye contact with two employees behind the counter, but was never helped. Waited for a couple minutes and was never even acknowledged. The two employees were bickering loudly over a coupon and a coffee and was using curse words. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. It wasn't until I reached the door on my way out that someone finally yelled out "I can help you ma'am" but at this point I had had it and left. I will not be returning to this location.

  Bad day today. I got a donut this morning with a couple good size chunks out of it. Realized it when I was already at work and then realized they never gave me my receipt so oh well there. I just left again with an iced coffee that was maybe stirred for 1.5 seconds because I guess now we have to stir our own coffees. I'll be expecting part of your check girl who asked me if I had 6 cents. Hmmm, lazy?
